Days With Names[]
There are various days named that were gradually added through the history of the Republic and the formation of the Southern Isle Union. Many of these days are clustered around the same time.
Unification Day[]
Unification Day was the day that all Caribbean islands came together as one people and began to plan the revolution against the crumbling West Indies government. They had convened in the Faithful Bride on Tortuga, where various influential figures discussed how to kickstart the revolution. Crane, Spark, Moon, Skull X, Bluefeather, and Cannonshot discussed what was to be done. Unification Day was made official by Hannah Bluefeather, the first revolution leader to become the Lord of the Republic.
Day of Banners & Peace[]
The Day of Banners & Peace is meant to be a day during each year where Republic citizens relaxed and celebrated the last day of the Revolution where the West Indies government was officially exiled and ousted by Crane and Skull X. The holiday was first officially recognised by Padres' first governor, Richard Cannonwalker. He passed legislation for it to be recognised there. Later on it would be adopted by Cannonshot, having a great sense in patriotism for the Republic.
Day of Unity[]
(Spoiler) Day of Unity was proclaimed after President Recihard of the Southern Isle Union & Lord Christopher Crane of the Unified Republic agreed to bring both governments as one and reunite the remainder of the Caribbean. It would be to ease now Greater Caribbean Union citizens as both armies merged to once more defeat a foe that threatens all of them and drain the livlihoods of all citizens.
