Possible Dischargement of Sam Hookrage From the EITC

Sam Hookrage. Not even in uniform.

I believe Sam Hookrage, the immature son of Eric MacHawk, should be removed and dishonorably discharged from the East India Trading Company. He was removed from the guild Beckett's Elites and will be on probation until the discharge is approved or disapproved. Eric MacHawk, I believe, should also get some form of punishment, as he has defended his son by pulling a gun on at least six fellow soldiers, and attempting to shoot them.

Reasons for Dischargement

Eric protects his son by angrily talking to fellow soldiers.

Eric claims his son is only 5, meaning he is too young to be EITC.

I believe he should be discharged for the following reasons:

1. He pulled a weapon on his fellow East India Trading Company soldiers.
2. Disobeyed a specific (and clear) order.
3. Said inappropriate things such as "- dances on Johnny's nuts

   

   Showing lack of respect by calling Lord Garland, one of his commanding officers, "Lord Garlic".

   -" to Lord Johnny Coaleaston, along with other inappropriate words.
4. Does not wear anything close to an EITC uniform, in fact, looks quite piratical.
5. Sam is only five years old in game, making him too young to be EITC.
6. Shows lack of respect towards his commanding officers.
7. Threatend the Royal Family multiple times
8. Has not really imrpoved and his father must suffer

Update

Sam Hookrage has commited "old man assault" as said by Lord Johnny Goldtimbers, has said the exact same things he said to Lord Coaleaston to Lord Max and Prince Lord Leon of England, and the King and Lord Marshall believe he should be discharged. For the things he has done, I now highly recommend execution by firing squad.

Very recently, around 9:00 PM EST, September 1, 1744 (2011) Maxamillion and Johnny Coaleaston were in a jail cell on Kingshead, when Sam Hookrage ran in. He was fired on, but missed. Sam left the building, and Maxamillion followed. Sam returned and Johnny and Max shot and charged, wounding him with the shot to the chest, then killing Sam with multiple bayonet stabs to the stomach. Sam Hookrage has been killed! Sam's final words were - PEA ON JOHNNY -, and then he died. His body was left in the prison cell he died in, and will stay there as a warning to any pirates that see his body. This shows, that if you come to the EITC to insult Lords, you WILL get your just desert.
