Supreme Leader Salamander Man (Nyestember 21st 0021 - ) is the current reigning leader of The Alcoholic State of Rugai. He is very caring for the people of Rugai, giving them extensive civil rights and a well managed economy, although they have no say in politics whatsoever. He wears a white unitard and a hat resembling an amphibious Salamander head. He is able to play the Noserecorder and the Assflute quite well, his most famous song being Edward Elger's Pomp and Circumstance in the key of C major.
