Not much is known about this Mad God. He goes by "Sparka" but is yet recognized as the Rey Del Luz. It is said
he descended from the great Sky Gods world which is currently unknown to what the others do as they have not been able to translate the scriptures and prophecies. They believe he came down to ring order and is often found on Rumrunner's Isle.

It is said he came down to bring order to the world. And when order is in place he will return to his rightful sky throne.
