The Elite Thievery Co. is a large, but loosely organized guild (with 490-500 pirates in it at any one time). It was founded June 26, 2009 by Eliza Cresteel.

We are a collective of like-minded pirates, freebooters, buccaneers and privateers who have banded together to remain free men and women of the Caribbean.
No man or company has our sworn oath, but we have vowed to protect one another and our pirate brethren.
Our tenets are simple.
- P.articipate - We play together and hold events together.
- I.nvite - We want others to join us, even if just in a crew.
- R.espect - All members are equal and important.
- A.ssist - We have each other's backs.
- T.alk - We communicate our victories and ask for aid.
- E.volve - Our company is always growing and improving.
