Yes I know, it's a shock to all of us. But technically he did violate the ISP and has elected to hold this vote. I repeat, G-man. has elected to hold a community vote for his promotion. This vote is being started before the passing of the soon-to-be passed ISP vote to be protected by the ex-post-facto rule. After this day, all votes like this will resume as SSC votes. But for now, G-man is special.

If promoted, he will resume his administrative powers both on the wiki and in chat. This includes promotion to adminstrator, chat moderator, and rollback (and the others that don't mean anything).
