Hello! Today, our topic is one word: war. Since there have been many nuclear war threats, North Korea possibly sending out missiles, and terrorism on the United States. So, I would like to ask you what is your favorite American war?

Afterwards, what is your favorite war overall? It can be American, or it could be from any country's history.

For instance, my favorite American war is World War II. So, basically, Adolf Hitler (bad guy) is a German who would be the only man to pull Germany out of Economic Depression, because the value of German money lowered. Hitler then joined the Nazi Party, and became its leader. Adolf Hitler, then with his Nazi troops, invaded Poland. Right afterwards, France, Australia, and New Zealand declared war on Germany. Canada and a couple of other countries declared war on Germany, and Germany declared war on Norway. Eventually, Italy sided with Germany a month after the Netherlands declared war with Germany, and Italy declared war on the United Kingdom and France. France is invaded during this. The Soviet Union and Japan join Germany's forces, but the Soviet Union is double-crossed by the Germans. Japan then declares war on the United States of America, the United Kingdom, and a few more countries. America doesn't enter the war, but ships supplies to the United Kingdom. Then, the Japanese bomb Pearl Harbor. The United States declares war on Japan, Germany, and Italy. As you cans see, this is an all-out WAR, hence the name "World War II" after "World War I". Anyway, Normandy, France, is stormed with American and British troops on what is known as D-Day, during Operation Overlord, led by Dwight David Eisenhower, who would soon be President of the United States. Hitler and Germany are defeated. Adolf Hitler and his newlywed wife, Eva Braun, commit suicide to avoid capture after the Battle of Berlin. Eva bites into a cyanide pill, and Hitler shoots himself. Germany is finally defeated in the war. Now, our main concern is Japan. With Franklin Delano Roosevelt dead, Harry S. Truman is in charge, and he sends for Enola Gay to drop a bomb on Hiroshima, Japan, and then Nagasaki, Japan. Japan surrenders to us, and the Allied Powers wins the war.

P.S. My grandfather was a Captain in the U.S. Army in the Pacific, and my other grandfather was a Corpsman in the U.S. Navy in the Pacific. Both were on Iwo Jima, and the grandfather in the U.S. Navy was on the U.S.S. Duele, in which I believe he saw the Japanese surrender...

Allied Powers - The United States of America, United Kingdom, Soviet Union - 1941, France, China, etc.

Axis Powers - Germany, Japan, Italy.
