Made up of Guild-Ambassadors that represent Delta. Guild-Ambassadors strngthen and talk with the guild to keep up good intentions. Good Intentions=Trade, Treaty Agreements etc.
What if troubles arise and the guild needs help?
- Violence Troubles = Delta Peace Corps. $$$ - Strength, Help against harmful guilds.
- $$$ Troubles(transport costs) = Delta Ships/Delta port waiver $$$ - Reinforcements/Guild Port Waiver
- $$$ Troubles(military) = Delta Troops $$$ - TBD (To Be Determined)
The system of troubles does come with the costs of what the guild would need to pay in order for the GOV to provide such help.
