So this needed to happen a while ago and in light of recent events im like done its really ruining this... whatever this is. Therefore this has been made because it should have been a while ago and theres no way to disprove me so...
As the true Sultan Mahmud I, I declare the actions of my Grand Vizier under the alias Basil Brawlmonk IV, to be false as reigning regent in my stead. All treaties made by the Grand Vizier in my name are to be invalidated. In no instance has he been given the authority to assume not only the full embrace of the throne, but to assume my identity as well. As a result, I hereby exile his presence from my lands and will continue to reign seeking someone new to take his place.
It is to be concluded that in addition, his line of succession is invalid as he was not given the power to determine the rightful heirs of the Empire. By Imperial Decree, I declare the alleged short rule of the Pirate King to be illegitimate. Any deals made by him under his illegitmate rule are null and void and relations are to return to normal under my true rule with all nations. It is also to be noted that the next in line to recieve the empire will be Osman III as opposed to the Grand Vizier from this point forward.
I, true Sultan of the Ottman Empire, hereby reiterate my rule over the empire.
