Vietnam is one of the three Indochinese communist states that is a satellite State of China. It is ruled by Ho Chi Minh and has large manpower. Their enemies are America, Iran, Thailand and Japan

Army is comparatively large but only 2-brigade divisions.

Technology Lagging behind in most areas. The Military is the only faction technologically advanced in Vietnam, the people are lagging behind technology wise and still live feudal culture.

Vietnam will be the Satellite State that China will force to get involved with the North Korean War. If you decide yes then you get a bonus on Navy surpluses that can result in better chances of colonial domination.
