Westbrook was a city created by Captain Ned Edgewalker in the city building game, Cities: Skylines. It had a total population of 17,451.
History[]
After losing the save file for his old city Potatotown, Ned created Westbrook. The city is named after the Capital city in Ned's NationStates country, Edgelandia, and functions as such, being listed on the Edgelandia page.
Westbrook ironically had the same fate as Ned's old city Potatotown, ultimately being deleted by accident when Ned uninstalled the game. This led to the creation of a new city.

Edgewalker District[]
The Edgewalker District is the main District of Westbrook. It holds 8,212 of the cities total population, and contains Edgewalker Stadium. The district allows recreational use of drugs and gives out free smoke detectors.
McKagan District[]
The McKagan District is the second largest District of Westbrook. It holds 6,559 of the cities total population. The district allows recreational use of drugs and gives out free smoke detectors.
Waglington District[]
The Waglington District is the smallest district (currently) in Westbrook. It holds 2,694 of the cities total population. The district has the largest tower in Westbrook, Lithium Tower. The district gives out free smoke detectors.
